Endorsement Resources
ACJDC will hold an endorsement vote before the end of April to determine endorsements for the June 2025 primary election. In the meantime, you can find our candidate resources below.
Endorsement Process
Per our Bylaws, the ACJDC Board determines the number of candidates that may be endorsed in each race and the process for endorsement. Candidate endorsements requires a 60% vote of the membership. The Board’s recommendations are not disclosed until after the closing of candidate statements at the ACJDC endorsement meeting and ballots are distributed.
For the June 2026 primary election, ACJDC co-hosted candidate forums with leading Democratic candidates for governor, and asked candidates in select races to submit questionnaires to help inform endorsement decisions. Find these resources below.

June 2026 Primary Candidate Questionnaires
To help inform endorsement decisions, ACJDC invited all eligible candidates running for select local, state, and federal offices to complete an endorsement questionnaire. The following candidates returned completed questionnaires (alphabetical ordered by last name):
Lieutenant Governor: Josh Fryday and Janelle Kellman
Insurance Commissioner: Ben Allen and Patrick Wolff
Board of Equalization: Sally Lieber
Congressional District 14: Melissa Hernandez, Rakhi Israni, Matt Ortega, Aisha Wahab
Senate District 10: David Cohen, Anne Kepner, Scott Sakakihara
District Attorney: Ursula Jones-Dickson, Gopal Krishan
Superior Court Judge Seat 13: Cabral Bonner, Michael Johnson
Superior Court Judge Seat 19: Patricia Miles, Selia Warren
For each of these races above, all eligible candidates were invited to submit questionnaires. However, not all races were selected for questionnaires.
